These terms apply when you use useaifix.com or buy services from AIFix. They are written to be easy to read.

Using this website

The information on this site is general. Prices and package details can change. What you actually buy is set out in the written quote or invoice we send you. All prices are in US dollars (USD). We work with businesses anywhere in the world.

Quotes and scope

Before any work starts, we send a written quote that lists what is included, the setup fee, any monthly fee and the expected timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Founding-client pricing

Founding-client prices are offered to the first 3 businesses that sign up. After that, regular prices apply to new clients. Founding clients keep the price stated in their quote.

Payment

  • Setup fees are paid 50% before work starts and 50% when you approve the finished setup, unless your quote says otherwise.
  • Monthly fees are paid in advance each month.
  • For pay-per-rebooked-client plans, the rate and how rebookings are counted are agreed in writing first.
  • We invoice through Payoneer or Wise. Any fees those services charge you are shown before you pay.

Cancelling

There are no long contracts. You can cancel a monthly plan anytime by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. The part of a setup fee that covers work already completed is not refundable.

Your accounts and tools

Tools are set up in accounts you own (for example chat, booking or automation tools). You keep them if you leave. Some tools have their own fees and terms, which are between you and that provider. We will tell you about any tool costs before setup.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about your services, prices, hours and policies.
  • Review and approve the assistant's answers and messages before they go live.
  • Only message clients who have agreed to hear from you, and follow the rules that apply to texting and email marketing.
  • Med spas and clinics: the assistant is set up to share general business information only, not medical advice. You are responsible for approving any treatment-related wording.

AI has limits

AI assistants can make mistakes. We set them up to pass questions they cannot answer to you, and we fix problems you report. We cannot promise any specific number of bookings, revenue or other results.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party tools.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a quote you have already accepted.
