One AI Autopilot. One video. 15+ places.
Upload once. Your AI assistant shares it everywhere, every day.
How it works
You keep making videos. Your assistant spreads them, in five simple steps.
We build your assistant
Once, at the start: your own AI assistant, connected to your accounts and tools and set up with your rules.
You send it your video
Upload to YouTube as usual, then send your assistant the link and the video file.
Tap to approve
It suggests clip moments and drafts captions and articles. You approve with one tap, or let it run on your rules.
It posts on schedule
Clips through Buffer and directly, full-video uploads, Medium, Substack and Quora posts, Reddit comments and collab outreach, all on a daily schedule.
You get a nightly report
Every night at your chosen time: what's done, what was missed, what's waiting on you. Plus a Google Sheet tracker.
A day in your assistant's routine
Your assistant works through the day on its own: posting what you've approved, writing on schedule, sending outreach emails and logging everything. At night, it tells you how the day went.
This is an example. Times and platforms are set to suit you and your time zone.

Why it matters
One video working in many places, with every post pointing back to your YouTube channel. Each benefit builds on the one before.
More chances to be found
Every platform has its own search and its own feed. The same video can be found by people searching on TikTok, Pinterest, Spotify or Medium, not only on YouTube.
Reach people who never open YouTube
Plenty of people spend their time on Instagram, podcasts or newsletters. Clips, episodes and articles take your work to them, with a link back to the full video.
More ways to earn
Several of these platforms run their own earning programmes. Once you meet each one's rules, the same video can earn in more than one place.
More appeal to sponsors
Sponsors and collaborators look at your whole presence, not one channel. Being active across many platforms makes your channel easier to say yes to.
A library that keeps working
Articles, answers and pins keep being found long after upload day, quietly sending new viewers back to your channel.
Hours back every week
No more cutting clips, resizing and rewriting captions for each platform. Your assistant does the repetitive work, so you can make the next video.
What the research says
200B+
YouTube Shorts are averaging over 200 billion daily views.
63%
of consumers would most like to learn about a product or service by watching a short video.
50%
of U.S. adults use Instagram and 37% use TikTok, alongside 84% who use YouTube.
How pricing works
No fixed plans. Every creator posts differently, so your price is built around what you actually need.
A one-time setup
We build your AI assistant system once, for a one-time setup fee. It's yours from day one.
Your tools, your accounts
You pay your own tool subscriptions directly to the providers, for example Buffer and the AI bot. So you own every account.
We run it for you
Want us to also run and look after it each month? That's a separate deal, agreed on the call or by message.
We agree your price on the free call, in writing, before any work starts.
Questions
What is Creator Autopilot?
Your own AI assistant that shares every YouTube video in 15+ places. You send it each new video, and it cuts clips, writes posts and articles, publishes them on a schedule and sends you a report every night. We build it for you, connected to your own accounts.
Which platforms does it post to?
Short form: YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, X, Threads and Pinterest. Long form: Dailymotion, Rumble, Spotify and a WhatsApp Channel. Articles and posts: Medium, Substack, Quora and Reddit. We choose the ones that suit your content together.
Do I need to approve every post?
It's your choice. Clips, captions and articles can come to you for a one-tap approval, or your assistant can run on rules you set and only flag things for you. Either way, nothing posts outside your rules.
How much does it cost?
There are no fixed plans. There's a one-time setup fee to build your assistant, and you pay your own tool subscriptions (such as Buffer and the AI bot) directly to the providers. There's no long contract, and having us run it each month is optional. Your price depends on how much you post, and we agree it on a free call, in writing, before any work starts.
How long does setup take?
Our target is first posts live within 3–5 business days of sending your first video. It's a target, not a guarantee, because each platform's account checks can vary.
Is my account safe?
Your assistant posts to your own accounts at normal rates, follows each platform's rules and labels AI-made content where required. On Reddit it only leaves genuine comments in relevant communities, with no link spam. No platform can be fully predicted, but it never uses spammy tactics, and you keep full ownership of every account.
